Hee! Thanks! Actually, looking at the splash page of the city, it's possible that it could be out of the "camera angle" and hidden by part of the cliff! The idea is that it's a leftover from one of many attempts by various self-styled warlord types to take over the city (generally thwarted by the fact that most of the city is its own militia).
