Welcome to Ridiculous Creatures! This is the first of hopefully many Bonus Comics. Click here for more information about Bonus Comics.
We hadn’t seen Michelle for awhile, so I thought we’d check up on her for a short spell.
To help keep everything straight, timeline-wise, Exchanges takes place during one day in August 2004, while Orientations starts in August 2004, a couple weeks after Exchanges ends. One-Eyed Bear is Halloween 2004, and Ridiculous Creatures takes place in winter of 2004. The time-jumps seem to be kinda confusing to some people, but it does make sense! Trust me!
And 2004 isn’t any special or significant year. It’s just that I needed to have a set date for the story, so all the birthdates and past events would stop changing around since the comic moves at a slower pace than real life.

Well, I have just about died laughing now. I blame you and your awesomeness. ♥
Auuuugh why are none of the RC strips appearing for me…. *sad face*
They aren’t? I don’t know what’s up, they’re loading fine for me.
seems that a few people are having a hard time viewing them, because I am having the same problem :(
All of a sudden, the entire site seems to have gone wonky for me =( Weird duplicates of the ‘previous’ ‘forward’ etc buttons bars, some of which lead to the cast page, main comics not showing up, etc
Kory – this is splendid. I really love watching your comic – making skills develop. Oh, and btw, Michelle’s design is looking better and better. (sorry for the belated comment – I finally got around to reading it :) )
Hey, does this site have an archives for the pages? Cause after the reader questions thing, it kind of dead-ended and didn’t bring you to the newest page after that. I had to swim through a backlog of new (without peeking so I wouldn’t spoil anything!) to get to where I left off ;^;
I know there’s the chapters tab and all that, but is there something that lists the pages individually in some chronological order?
Hmm, that’s odd. The Reader Questions should be completely divorced from the main comic, so you shouldn’t accidentally run into it while reading through the archives. It’s not supposed to bring you to the newest page of the comic because it has no place in the chronology of the comics (lord knows you don’t want to scroll through 20+ doodles right when you’re in the middle of a story!).
You’ve already found the “chapters” page, but you haven’t scrolled down far enough! Below the images that list all the chapter titles there are text link breakdowns of all the stories and the number of pages in each story. If you click on the pages it will bring you to a page that shows a thumbnail of all the pages. I hope that helps!
